About

About us.

Allow seasoned professionals to help you engage – or reengage – with anti-racism and the impact whiteness can have on the people of color and of culture in our orbits. Receive detailed support and personalized guidance as we process racial identity and develop ways to stay grounded while progressing in the learning. You’ve already got what you need to continue learning the missing pieces of anti-racism, recognizing and derailing anti-Black sentiment, and understanding all the ways we don’t always see through the waters we are swimming in.

Meet Kelli

Kelli Fritsche, MA

Facilitator & Equity Educator

Kelli Fritsche is a 2015 Master of Arts in Intercultural Relations (MAIR) alumna, former Summer Institute for Intercultural Communications (SIIC) coordinator, and a 2023 degree-holder of University of North Carolina at Charlotte’s Anti-racism graduate certificate program. She is dedicated to guiding white people through the essential work of confronting racial truths in pursuit of collective liberation.

With a foundation built on empathy, collaboration, and commitment, Kelli approaches anti-racist education with care and determined purpose — having studied under pioneers in anti-racism, anti-Black racism, and whiteness, including Dante King, Robin DiAngelo, and Amy Burtaine, among other instrumental instructors.

In this work, Kelli creates pathways for white people to move beyond performative allyship toward genuine transformation, fostering the kind of deep learning that leads to lasting change and collective healing.

Meet GREY

Grey Wiltshire

Consultant

Grey Wiltshire has their Masters in Clinical Rehabilitation Counseling from Portland State University, and has primarily done her anti-racist educational work outside of traditional academia due to the colonial constructs much of academia is trapped in.

Grey’s anti-oppressive and decolonial work in their work is rooted in the works of Dr. Jennifer Mullan, Layla Saad, Robin DiAngelo, and more. They provide consultation to Ten of Cups clientele on the internal processing side of anti-racist explorations and how to sit with the internal discomfort and brittleness of grappling with white supremacy as a white person.

Grey will often join Kelli when Kelli is presenting at conferences and events as a cofacilitator and support. Separate from Ten of Cups, Grey is a licensed mental health counselor and supervisor, but they do not offer any mental health services through Ten of Cups Consulting and any inquiries with a mental health focus will be rejected for being outside of the scope of ToC.
