Our Services

Something has been churning in you, maybe for a while now. An awareness that you haven’t been told the whole story. You see that silence around race in white spaces is not neutrality, it’s a choice. You’re ready to take a different path.

Learning for Liberation is a diagnostic, individualized racial learning practice. We begin with a detailed assessment to understand where you actually are in your racial understanding, not where you think you should be. From there, we build a path designed specifically for you. Too often, white people are stalled in this work because the support is not structured for where they actually are. Learning for Liberation exists to close that gap.

Where We Start

Before your first conversation with us, you’ll complete two detailed forms that help us understand not just where you are, but how you work.

My Grappling Styles is where we begin. It’s a free form that asks you to reflect on how you’ve processed difficult changes or ideas in your life. Not necessarily racial things, hard things. Family dynamics, loss, uncertainty. This tells us how to support you in ways that actually fit how you’re wired. It stands on its own, and you’re welcome to it whether or not you go further with us.

If you’re ready to go deeper, the next step is the Oblivion to Liberation Questionnaire, a reflective self-assessment that helps us understand your racial history, your relationship to white identity, your emotional patterns, and where you actually are in this work. There are no right answers or wrong starting places; we are building a relationship of supportive learning.

Once we’ve reviewed your questionnaire responses, we’ll schedule your intake conversation: 30 minutes where we share what we’re noticing and you get a real sense of what working together could look like.

Our Oblivion to Liberation Questionnaire, our personalized review and mapping of your responses, and our intake conversation are offered as a package.

Individual Learning and Guidance

One-on-one work built around your Oblivion to Liberation assessment. After your intake, we build your roadmap: a tailored plan based on your Grappling Points, your history, and where you want to go. From there we meet in focused sessions, working the plan, adjusting as you grow.

Every engagement can look different: a single deep-dive session, a structured series, or an ongoing learning partnership. The goal is never to expose or embarrass. The goal is support for people ready to work toward racial understanding, and liberation for the communities we move through together.

$150 single session, $500 for 4-session series

Duo Sessions

Sometimes two people want to do this work together. A couple, two colleagues, two friends who keep having the same conversation and want to go deeper. Duo sessions are structured differently than individual work but grounded in the same framework.

$250 single session, $700 for 4-session series.

WAG Coordinator Track

White Accountability Groups are small peer groups working together on their anti-racist journey. If you are interested in facilitating a WAG in your community, workplace, or organization, this track is for you.

Over 6 to 8 weeks, we work with you individually to complete your own assessment and roadmap, and get you situated to hold space for others. We are also available to attend up to two of your WAG sessions as support. The assessment framework remains with Ten of Cups. You carry the facilitation into your community.

WAG Coordinator Track pricing available upon inquiry.

Workshops

Live workshops for organizations, schools, and open enrollment. If you are interested in bringing Learning for Liberation into your institution or community, reach out and let’s talk.

Workshop pricing varies by scope and format.
